This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how Kaleidoscope Human Resources (Pty) Ltd trading as Kaleidoprax  (referred to as "Kaleidoprax"), treats information collected from you at the Kaleidoprax Learning system website (https://kaleidopraxinstitute.com/learn) (the “Site”) and how it uses and discloses such information.
 
By accessing the Site, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with the terms of this Policy. If you do not wish your information to be collected, used or disclosed in the manners described in this Policy, please do not access the Site or make use of Kaleidoprax’s training services and related goods.
 
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

Service means the https://kaleidopraxinstitute.com/learn website and the The Kaleidoprax Institute mobile application operated by The Kaleidoprax Institute.

If you are located outside South Africa and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to South Africa and process it there.

Kaleidoprax will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
