Zerelde is strongly focused on outcomes-based training within the sphere of the National Qualifications Framework with a good understanding of the operations and principles of the NQF. Involvement in in-house skills training projects in large organisations has revealed the need for effective, fit-for-purpose learning programmes.
She is therefore focused on capacity building in OBE facilitators and assessorson the one hand, as well as a passion for efficient design and development of learning experiences. A unique design model developed in collaboration with Erich Henn aims at a holistic approach to instructional and learning resource development.
Zerelde, holding a BComLaw (UP) has embarked on a journey of further study in the field of Training and Development since 2007, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Education with Unisa and continuing studies with NWU in 2009. She is currently enrolled in a Masters programme with the Da Vinci Institute.
