Assessor Training and Workplace Education

Kaleidoprax has a strong focus on delivery within the NQF landscape.

We therefore provide services aiming to capacitate Training Providers in all three areas of compliance for SETA accreditation purposes.

1. We consult the process of compiling the application for accreditation to the constituent SETA.

2. We build capacity in ETD Staff by training :

• Assessors

• Facilitators

• Evidence Coaches for optimisation in workplace learning programmes

• Learning Experience Designers

3. We also design learning experiences according to your specific context. We specialise in visually attractive, fun-filled, but effective learning material and resources.

Training can be done either in-house where we train your facilitators and you purchase learner packs, or training can be out-sourced to the Kaleidoprax team.
