• The licensees are licensed to market and present Kaleidoprax products and services by contractual agreement. Licensees are trained and coached in offering services of best quality. Continuous mentoring ensures quality to protect the Kaleidoprax ‘brand’. Licensees operate fully under the Kaleidoprax brand or choose to display an association with their current business.

• Centralized management and administration provide marketing material and guidance, a tracking system of clients, and moderation to comply with ETQA verification requirements. Certification and MIS administration are done centralized.

LM, the CEO of Skills Unlimited since 2004, holds and agricultural qualification and worked in the Skills Development environment for most of his life. His expertise took him overseas where he worked for the United Nations doing skills training in the Indian Ocean Islands for two years. LM is a qualified Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator.

He also serves on the FIETA’s (Forestry Industry Education & Training Authority) Expert Panel consulting SAQA (South African Qualification Authority). He took part in developing the current Learnership qualifications for the Lumber Milling industry.

Renee van Wyk (Adendorff) -

Renee holds a BA hons in Industrial Social Work, and has as main focus the personal and professional development of individuals. She conducts workshops and councels, does psychometric and didactic assessments.

Renee does free-lance facilitation and consults the accreditation process for Kaleidoprax. She also takes a keen interest in ELSA as part of a battery of assessments.
