• Associates contribute their expertise and experience to the Kaleidoprax family of licensees through consulting services and product development.

• All training resources or learning experiences are developed or re-packaged within the guidelines of the Didacsa Development Model. The ‘look & feel’ of the product fits into the larger Kaleidoprax branding and marketing material is designed for appropriate and focused marketing by all licensees.

• Intellectual Capital ownership in a product is recorded in a contractual agreement and Kaleidoprax is assigned the management rights to the product or a training course.

Erich Henn

Erich Henn is Managing Director and co-proprietor of Didactical Design Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd (T/a DIDACSA), since 1995. Together with wife Santie, they are leaders in the field of the instructional design and instructional development of user-friendly learning materials. They play an instrumental role in learning material development of the Kaleidoprax Institute.

Marelie Jansen van Vuren

Marelie Jansen van Vuren is the MD of Value-Added Teaching, specialising in adding a meta-cognitive dimension to facilitation and training programmes.

An experienced educationist holding an MSc, she has converted the original adult Literati together with Theunis into Literati Scholasti, enabling six-year olds to read and write, to think, speak and problem-solve in their mother tongue.

Annamarie Maritz 

Annamarie Maritz is a qualified teacher, holding a BEd Hons in teaching methodologies and didactics. With rich experience in public- and private schools and FET colleges, she is also a registered assessor and moderator for NQF learning programmes.

Annamarie contributed her experience of quality management and administrative systems during the start-up of Kaleidoprax and the development of Literati Scholasti.

Dr. Tienie Maritz - 

Consulting Educational Psychologist

Tienie is a registered Counseling & Educational psychologist with experience in several settings. He has served the corporate/ HR environment through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), coaching services and assessments and placements. He is well grounded in assessments and aspires to serve his clients with knowledge and learning opportunities.   Career design and the development of people and their careers is an area he values greatly.

He focuses on establishing the use of ELSA and guiding clients on how to apply the results.
